My Story

Mahendra Kumar Awasthi — From English Literature Graduate to IGT Team Lead

Mahendra Kumar Awasthi at IGT Solutions, Gurugram — At IGT Solutions, Gurugram — 7 Years Journey as Team Lead, Expedia APAC

I am Mahendra Kumar Awasthi, from Lakhimpur Kheri — my family surname is Awasthi, and while some documents show only "Mahendra Kumar," I use my full name, Mahendra Kumar Awasthi, everywhere I represent this academy.

I am a Graduate in English Literature & Language, and I spent 4+ years teaching in Lakhimpur before I left home to test myself in the corporate world.

For 7+ years, I worked at IGT Solutions, Gurugram, as a Team Lead on the Expedia APAC process — handling Salesforce CRM and GDS systems, and managing a team of 20+ people to consistent 95% SLA and 90% CSAT.

Now I have returned to Lakhimpur to start VoiceSetu Academy, registered under MSME UDYAM-UP-48-0062265. This is not a business for me — it is a mission: to bring the same corporate exposure that changed my life to the youth of my own district.

What is the Zero Margin Promise? — By Mahendra Kumar Awasthi

We don't charge the high fees you'd find in Lucknow or Delhi. VoiceSetu Academy runs on at-cost training, because the youth of Lakhimpur deserve a real global chance without a real financial burden.

With every course, you get: Training, Placement Guidance, Resume Support, Lifetime Mentorship, and Real Corporate Exposure — drawn directly from my 7 years at IGT Solutions.

We are MSME Registered under UDYAM-UP-48-0062265, a Government Recognized Academy. We are just 2 months old, and we are building real success stories, one student at a time. For me, this is not a business. It is a mission.
